Welcome to Swim-1st Junior Tri Club, we pride ourselves on our great coaches and facilities. We use Brambletye School in East Grinstead for our Tuesday evening club and Handcross Park School in Handcross for our Monday and Wednesday evening clubs. Both have stunning grounds and an indoor swimming pool where we are able to deliver fun, professional coaching by our excellent coaches. With enthusiasm and dedication we see vast improvements and have already seen from our 80+ juniors a number of victories, amazing results, triathlon england representaiton and loads of SMILES smileysmileysmiley.

"Just to say thanks for arranging last night. Stephanie really enjoyed the session and "can't wait until next week". I have to say your coaches were really lovely - extremely professional but also very aware of the age group and whilst putting them through their paces they were extremely encouraging and kind in their approach - you clearly have a great team".

We have the following junior triathlon clubs:

Tuesday Junior Tri Club 19:15-20:30

Group 1 (8-10yrs), Group 2  (11-15yrs) Book in for Tuesdays

We deliver triathlon training to juniors every week during term time and throughout the summer. Our training sessions normally consist of two disciplines per week. We cover everything to do with swim, bike and run but also cover other specific skills and information such as transitions, nutrition, race day tactics, bike maintenance etc. During the winter training there is less bike training due to the outside training taking place on 3 floodlit tennis courts, when we get back to lighter evening we take our training back to the glorious fields of Handcross where we are able to train a lot more on our bikes.
